There are too options:
1. With Tips: This is an hourly rate plus whatever tips Dylan makes. He will where a single button that says that he is working for tips and will ask or expect tips.
2. A flat rate for a three hour performance. This prevents servers from thinking that Dylan is stealing their tips. Any tips Dylan recieves during this time he will pass on to the server of the table.
